Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Train, manage and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement strategies for continuous business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintain equipment.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and special offers.
  • Prepare reports on the restaurant's performance and staff productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Restaurant Manager should have:
