You will:Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, up to and including dismissals and potential tribunals.Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of UK employment lawProvide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management where neededProvide HR policy guidance and interpretationSignpost managers to outsourced HR advice line where appropriateThe Successful ApplicantTo be suitable for this ER Specialist role, you will need to be/have:Degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or CIPD level 5/7 preferredProven experience in an ER Specialist role or a generalist HR background with a focus on complex and volume employee relations caseworkIn-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesPragmatic approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAvailable immediately or on short notice and able to commit for a minimum of three monthsWhat's on OfferThis interim ER Specialist role is a great opportunity to use your proven ER experience.
