It is is a provider of high-speed satellite broadband services and secure networking systems covering military and commercial markets.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Executive Compensation to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our client's executive compensation programs. This individual will play a critical role in shaping executive pay structures, ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company's goals.As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for advising senior leadership, managing high-visibility projects, and delivering data-driven insights that impact company-wide decision-making. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex compensation strategies effectively to executives and key stakeholders.In this role, you must be comfortable learning and growing through challenging assignments, including projects that will be viewed by the highest levels of the company. The Head of Executive Compensation must thrive while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, is laser focused on accuracy and exemplifies professionalism and maturity. Within this role you will focus on but not be limited to; Lead the design and implementation of executive pay program strategies that attract, motivate, engage and retain talentConduct research and analyses of peer group and regulatory developments as well as emerging practices impacting executive compensation Direct all aspects of preparation and presentation for meetings with the Compensation and Human Resources CommitteeManage annual and long-term incentive plan designs, including forecasting plan participation and usageManage the preparation of the compensation discussion and analysis section of the annual proxy statement and other public disclosuresManage relationships with external vendors, including compensation consultants and legal advisors, to support the design, administration, and compliance of programsPartner closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, and People & Culture teams to ensure programs are compliant and appropriately administeredThe Successful ApplicantA successful Director - Executive Compensation should have/be:A self-starter attitude: someone who can tackle an assignment by being resourceful, taking initiative, and managing through ambiguityA likely 8 years / substantial experience across all aspects of global Executive Compensation as a part of a C&B / HR Career path.Hold a degree; Accounting Finance, Economics or other related field or in HR or Law.Hold prior experience with designing executive pay packages; including international pay packages design within a NASDAQ / Listed MNC.Be an expert with data analysis skills and have a demonstrated ability to draw meaningful conclusions and actions plans through both quantitative and qualitative analyses.Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
