With a strong UK presence.Job DescriptionManage and monitor all functions associated with the operation of plant turbine, boilers and coordination of incoming and outgoing waste.Ensuring health and safety guidelines are strictly followedTraining, managing, and developing team membersTo control and maintain the direct control systems to check temperature flow, pressure readings from the turbine/boiler, readings from control systems, gauges and alarms.Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedbackMonitoring equipment maintenance and organising repairs if necessaryCollaborating with other departments to optimise production processesEnsuring production targets are met on time and within budgetThe Successful ApplicantA successful Deputy Team Leader should have:Experience and/or understanding of operating high pressure boilers and steam turbine plants.Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the industrial / manufacturing sectorStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team management abilitiesFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsProficiency in using production management softwareWhat's on OfferAn attractive salary package of £47,000 per year4 on 4 off, consisting of 2 day shifts (6am-6pm) and 2 night shifts (6pm-6am).This is the case for 7 cycles, and then the employee has 2 weeks of green days (Mon-Fri 9-5)Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesThis Shift Team Leader role is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading industrial / manufacturing company and enhance your career.
