Job Description

  • Lead and manage data privacy compliance activities within the company.
  • Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all data handling processes adhere to GDPR and other relevant legislation.
  • Provide data protection training to employees.
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments.
  • Handle data subject access requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure data privacy considerations are incorporated into projects.
  • Stay updated with developments in data privacy laws and regulations in the financial services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Privacy Senior Associate should have:

  • Prior relevant experience in Financial Services in a large multi-national company is desirable but not essential.
  • Higher level qualifications such as A Levels or a Degree (or equivalents) are desirable.
  • Privacy qualification (such as CIPP/E or Practitioner Certificate) highly desirable
