Job Description

  • Manage and support a network of 20 dealer sites across Scotland and the North West of England
  • Build strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on, consultative support to drive sales performance and operational consistency
  • Identify performance gaps and implement tailored solutions to boost results
  • Develop and deliver sales targets, incentives, and campaign initiatives
  • Analyse dealer performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Support retailers in adapting to new B2C sales processes and strategies
  • Conduct site visits (approx. 3 per week) based on priority and business needs
  • Represent the brand professionally, ensuring alignment with its values and standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and best practices
  • This is a fixed-term contract role until March 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in automotive retail, OEM, or dealer network management
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements
  • Excellent consultative and relationship-building skills with dealer networks
  • Ability to analyse performance data and develop targeted action plans
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites with effective time management
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Scotland and Northern England
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in managing and supporting multi-site operations or dealer networks
  • This is a fixed-term contract role until March 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
