Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail sector (specifically Grocers & High Street).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs & competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with key national accounts
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance targets.
  • Support the company's growth strategy by meeting revenue objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management with national retail accounts.
  • Experience within toys, creative products, personal care, wellness or beauty.
  • A strategic and analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Open to more experienced hires aswel as candidates with 2-3 years relevant experience looking for a step up
