There is room for progression as the business grows stronger and this opportunity is a great IN, to accelerate your career.Job DescriptionThe successful Business Development Executive will:Driving Licence REQUIRED - covering in / around / outside of London (rental car available/car allowance)Identify and pursue NEW business opportunities within the Off-Trade + On-Trade channels - including distributors and wholesalersInherit a pipeline and pick up warm business, as well as, using your drive and initiative to expand and find new leads, upsell, cross sell.Use a variety of channels to build the new business pipeline including digital (email and social media)Own and implement strategies and activities related to business developmentQualify sales leads by successfully winning pitch meetings for the founders and the relevant sales and marketing team members to attendBe responsible for closing deals from prospecting a lead through to completing the saleOwn the sales process from research, sales pipeline management, pitch management, reporting and forecastingCreate and refine sales tools to support business development, which can also be used by the wider sales teamConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunititiesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will:Enjoy connecting with new people - finds it easy to start a conversationBe results-driven - gets a kick from achieving the impossible and getting things across the line.Comfortable with numbers and hungry to hit targetsPrevious experience in sales/new business/partnerships is preferredPassionate!
