Director of Customer Experience

We are recruiting for a new Director of Customer Experience at Halton Housing who will be responsible for delivering excellent neighbourhood and housing management services, including supported and sheltered housing, customer services, complaints and customer communications and engagement.  The role will work also alongside the Director of Homes to ensure our customers are satisfied with the delivery of our repairs and maintenance services.  

The purpose of this role is to that ensure every Halton Housing customer has great experience every time they engage with us, and this will involve really getting to know our customers, listening to what they tell us and working with them to shape the best possible services we can. This is an exciting time for Halton Housing to join the Senior Leadership Team as we gear towards launching our next three-year Corporate Plan and we are now looking for someone with the passion, commitment and track record to help us to deliver on our ambitions.
