Job Description

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for apprentices in business and professional disciplines.
  • Develop tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of apprentices.
  • Monitor and assess apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and advice to apprentices on career progression and professional development.
  • Collaborate with employers to ensure apprentices meet workplace requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and incorporate them into training delivery.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all apprentices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trainer - Business & Professional Apprentice should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience working with apprentices or within the education sector.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for training and record-keeping.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

  • Salary range: From £15,411.00 to £17,955.00 per annum (Pro Rata from £30,822 to £33,591 per annum)
