Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within the secretarial and business support department.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as needed.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support the team by ensuring office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with onboarding temporary staff and maintaining personnel records.
  • Monitor and report on office budgets and expenses when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temp Office Manager should have:

  • Experience in SAP, ERP and Oracle Net Suite
  • Proficiency with common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
