Job Description

  • Manage and maintain financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement system improvements.
  • Provide training and support to users of financial systems across the organisation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, working closely with IT support.
  • Prepare system-generated reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

  • Support the finance team during audits by providing relevant system data and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful System Accountant should have:

  • Proven experience working with financial systems in the accounting and finance field.

  • Proficiency in system configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel and finance system exposure
