Job Description

* Deliver strategic financial insight, challenge and guidance to directorate leaders as a trusted advisor.

* Embed robust planning, forecasting, and financial risk management into operational and strategic decisions.

* Lead on complex business cases, budget setting, and the financial impact of policy or legislative change.

* Translate data into meaningful analysis that drives performance, value for money, and service improvement.

* Represent finance at senior forums and external stakeholder meetings, influencing beyond the organisation.

* Coach and develop teams, promoting business partnering excellence and stakeholder focus.

The Successful Applicant

* A fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by extensive and relevant experience.

* Proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner in a large, complex, or regulated organisation.

* Strong strategic and technical finance skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate political environments.

* Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

What's on Offer

* £60,000 - £69,000 salary (depending on experience).
