Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence within a designated territory. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management within the tools and industrial supplies sector, capable of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximise performance and sales results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a sales manager or regional sales manager, preferably in tools, industrial products, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
