Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on a variety of real estate transactions and matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the legal department to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of their needs.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations in Scotland.
  • Assist in business development activities, including networking and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:

  • A qualification to practice law in Scotland, with a focus on real estate.
  • Experience working on a range of property matters.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
  • A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
