About Our Client

Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.

Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger accounts.
  • Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to purchase ledger.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to improving processes within the accounting & finance function.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
