The Project Finance Manager is a global commercial finance role that will support the financial oversight for major projects in the organisation, contributing to all aspects of the project, including strategic development, operational performance and organisational efficiency.
  • Working closely with Project Partners and Directors providing support
  • Presenting reports and performance to the Strategic Projects Leadership team

Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting and analysis for major projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of project audits and financial reviews.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls across project portfolios.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager - Major Projects should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Proven experience in financial management of large scale projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
