Job Description

  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and update systems with any changes in employee details.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment with accounting processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to payroll and taxation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organisational payroll policies.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.
  • Support the implementation of any updates to payroll systems or procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
