Job Description

  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with branding guidelines and public sector standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and implementing more efficient project workflows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related enquiries and updates.
  • Maintain excellent documentation and records to support project audits and reviews.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, ensuring high-quality delivery at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects within the public sector or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of public sector guidelines and requirements is advantageous.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
