Job Description

  • Shape and implement new finance systems, reporting, and shared services- driving efficiency and future-ready controls for a fast-evolving group.
  • Manage regional financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the local finance teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Financial Controller should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including ERP software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
