Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the property department.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff on HSE best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to HSE activities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and improve HSE policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards.
  • Support audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HSE Advisor should have:

  • Proven knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
