Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage and lead the accounting and finance team effectively.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Implement and improve financial controls and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Prior experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
