They also boast first-class projects in Audio Visual, Wayfinding, Brand Activation, Food & Beverage, Events and Design and Build to name a few.Recently moving to brand new, modern offices the business has increased their profit by 1,500%. As part of their growth, they are looking to appoint a capable and experienced Financial Controller to join their Finance team.Job DescriptionThe Financial Controller will report directly to the Finance Director working closely with the business on all finance related matters and will be responsible for:Manage and mentor finance teamReview & assist preparation of monthly management reporting, presenting back to the businessOversee preparation of statutory reporting and the external auditPartner the department heads with preparing budgets and forecasts/reforecasts.Cash flow forecasting and cross-regional cash managementOversee preparation and presentation of project profitability reportingCollaborate with business leaders on commercial / financial decisions on projectsDeliver improvements to processes and systems to improve efficiencyEnsure timely completion of all relevant tax filings and reporting across the regionWork closely with external banks and the internal legal departmentProvide strategic financial advice and insights to the leadership team to support decision making and long-term business planningAd-hoc as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will ideally be:A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Demonstrable experience in a similar roleStrong technical finance and controllership experience, Confident understanding of IFRS accounting standards.Experience with US GAAP a bonus.Multiple-currency and strong Tax exposure, ideally from multiple-regions.Architecture, Engineering or Construction experience is advantageousStrong excel skillsWhat's on OfferThe Financial Controller position comes with a competitive base salary based on experience - £90,000-£100,000, bonus, package and hybrid working.ContactRichard TonkinQuote job refJN-082025-6813893Phone number+44 208 987 2841Job summaryJob functionAccountingSubsectorFinancial ControllerSectorPropertyLocationSouth West LondonContract typePermanentConsultant nameRichard TonkinConsultant phone+44 208 987 2841Job referenceJN-082025-6813893
