Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure budgets and forecasts align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track financial performance and identify trends.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and optimising resources.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, enhancing financial understanding across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
  • Experience in financial analysis and business partnering within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in finance business partnering and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
