Job Description

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Manage invoices, including handling queries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role within the business services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
