Job Description

This Director of Communications and Marketing, based in London, is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded communications and marketing executive to shape and elevate the brand identity, reputation, and value proposition of a global B2B financial services organisation. The role will lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy-including brand positioning, go-to-market (GTM) planning, PR, and internal and external communications-aligned to drive profitable revenue growth and business transformation.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Board, capable of influencing at the highest levels while delivering measurable impact through data-driven campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and brand-led growth. This role also includes developing and leading a high-performing team and managing key agency relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all channels and markets.
