Job Description

Corporate Partner will:



  • Lead strategic corporate mandates and cultivate new business


  • Build and mentor a high-performing corporate team in Manchester


  • Advise on all corporate legal matters including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and complex transactions


  • Collaborate closely with national office colleagues to drive firm‑wide growth


  • Promote the firm's inclusive culture and values at a senior level

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Partner should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with significant PQE (ideally 8-12+ years) in corporate work


  • Proven in business development with a track record of winning mandates


  • Skilled in leading teams and coaching senior lawyers


  • Experienced advising on deals such as M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring


  • Strong network across private equity, corporate and financial services sectors
