Job Description

  • Managing residential property transactions from start to finish.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Providing expert advice to clients regarding conveyancing matters.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing results for legal compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Handling title registrations and other administrative tasks related to conveyancing.
  • Identifying and resolving any legal issues that arise during transactions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conveyancing Solicitor will have:

  • At lest 1 year's experience in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
