Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on non-contentious commercial, IP and tech matters
  • Supporting in-house legal teams on strategic transactions
  • Engaging in client relationship development and decision-making
  • Contributing to the growth of the Oxford office

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in commercial/IP/tech
  • Experienced with high-profile clients and complex transactions
  • Personable and commercially minded
  • Ideally with in-house experience or strong private practice background
  • Able to manage client relationships independently
