Job Description

  • Conduct audits across various departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organisation's financial operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve internal controls and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Analyse financial records to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Auditor should have:

  • Proven experience in auditing within the property industry or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and auditing tools.
