Job Description

  • Lead on the organisation's data privacy strategy and manage its implementation.
  • Ensure all business operations are compliant with data privacy and protection laws.
  • Handle data privacy inquiries from clients and staff with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk management exercises.
  • Provide training to staff regarding data privacy best practices.
  • Work closely with legal department to ensure up-to-date compliance.
  • Keep abreast of changes in laws related to data privacy and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive privacy documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Data Privacy Partner' should have:

  • Outstanding knowledge of data privacy and protection laws.
  • Proven experience in a privacy-focused role within a large organisation.
  • An educational background in law, business, IT or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
