Job Description

  • Supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities.
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leading and developing the warehouse team.
  • Managing inventory control and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
  • Overseeing warehouse security and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Liaising with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful warehouse supervisor should have:

  • A strong background in warehouse management or supervision.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
