This role will give the successful candidate a chance to truly flourish within a challenging, demanding, but rewarding environment with lots of room to progress along the way.Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Operations Manager role will require the individual to:Report to the Regional General Manager.Manage a team of 50+ operatives through 5 direct reports.Manage multiple customer relationships.Be responsible for inbound, pick and outbound operations.Have full control of the operating budget for headcount.Be responsible for the inventory management through your teams.Full site H&S control.Accountable for people development and performance management within the operation.Be commutable NorwichThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Warehouse Operations Manager role will have the following skills and experiences:A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - EssentialBe Degree educated (or similar) - AdvantageousManaged Multiple customers previously - AdvantageousA minimum of 5+ years Logistics experience at an equivalent level previously - Essential.
