With continued growth and a strong commitment to operational excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Manager to join their dynamic warehouse operations team.Job DescriptionReporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Night Shift Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of the night shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all activities-from goods-in to order dispatch-are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of accuracy.Key responsibilities will include:Managing, coaching, and developing the night shift team to achieve KPIs.Ensuring all warehouse processes adhere to health and safety standards.Monitoring workflow to optimise productivity and minimise errors.Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operational flow.Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be an experienced warehouse leader with a track record of managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
