As VP you will be involved in the full transaction from Origination to Execution and across the line on closing.
  • As VP you will be leading deals and transactions across Private Credit / Mid Cap
  • London based, full time and permanent role

About Our Client

A well known and leading client within the Leveraged Finance market with both local and international presence

Job Description

In brief:

Be a key support to the team as they continue to grow and develop their activities across Europe

As VP it is expected that you will lead for parts of the transaction process

Be comfortable managing your own workload whilst also being a mentor/support to junior team members

Confident in your core skills such as financial modelling and credit analysis - recognising risks and strengths of each transaction

Evaluate due diligence, provide robust commentary on term sheets and legal documents - host Q&A discussions with wider credit function

Lead complex deals including being point of contact with Lawyers, Operations, KYC etc

The Successful Applicant

An SME within Leveraged Finance

Comfortable leading a transaction right through to execution and closing

Strong financial modelling skills for working on complex structures

Thorough understanding of credit analysis and structuring

Must have strong communication skills, especially for engagement with clients and external parties
