VP - FI Advisory (M&A)

• Take part in sourcing and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Handle the structuring, approval, and closing processes of M&A, capital markets, and other financial transactions for strategic and sponsor clients.
• Maintain strong connections with other teams, such as DCM, ECM, Acquisition Finance, Financial Markets, and Relationship Management.
• Develop proposals and financing solutions for complex transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models.
• Prepare essential documentation for transactions (e.g., legal documents, structuring papers).
• Lead and oversee a deal team to achieve established goals.
• Focus on sub-sector alignment while independently growing business development and marketing activities, with senior-level support.
• Guide junior team members through the stages of deal origination and execution.
