Job Description

As a UK Tax Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring UK tax legislative changes and case law developments.
  • Helping to keep the team up to speed on legal and market developments and sector 'hot topics.'
  • Developing a training programme for the team, including preparation of materials and delivery of some training/legal update sessions.
  • Creating, improving and managing precedent documents and template advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UK Tax Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • An excellent working knowledge of UK Tax law.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.
  • Great commercial awareness.
