I'm working with a US law firm who are looking to add a disputes associate to their BVI office. You will be required to have strong Trusts and Estates Litigation experience specialising in complex, high-value international disputes. Other cases include but are not limited to insolvency, asset forfeiture and recovery and private client work. Admitted in the UK but if also admitted in the BVI that is a bonus

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trusts and Estates Litigation professional should have:

  • Proven expertise in trusts and estates litigation
  • Admitted in the UK but if also admitted in the BVI that is a bonus
  • Experience in managing complex, high-value international disputes
  • Experience in insolvency, asset forfeiture and recovery and private client work
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
