Job Description

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with banking partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking-related queries and negotiations.
  • Oversee daily cash management activities, including daily cash reporting.
  • Oversee cash forecasting processes.
  • Manage interest hedging deals to mitigate financial risks.
  • Oversee payments for payroll, HMRC, credit cards, and other significant corporate payments.
  • Oversee the maintenance of bank mandates, both paper-based and electronic.
  • Act as the key contact with the lending bank consortium.
  • Agree on quarterly interest payments with the banking consortium and action these payments.
  • Review and action daily bank account reconciliations.
  • Oversee drawdowns of the Capex facility.
  • Oversee drawdowns of the Letter of Credit facility.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a treasury role
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, financial forecasting, and hedging strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage banking relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Dynamics or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
