Job Description

  • Leading the treasury team in managing the company's cash flow and debt portfolio
  • Developing and executing strategies for financial risk management and FX hedging
  • Overseeing all cash management, liquidity management and driving efficiencies
  • Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, advisors and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Presenting financial reports and key metrics to the board and senior management
  • Managing a total team of 5 in the treasury team
  • Driving the continuous improvement of treasury processes and systems

The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury Director should have:

  • AMCT Qualification
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations from an international treasury environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions
  • Proficiency in financial software and treasury systems
