Job Description

  • Lead on ensuring that all Nostros are adequately funded for payments and maintained within required limits.
  • Move funds using various SWIFT payment formats.
  • Manage, reconcile, and process payments for all collateralised positions.
  • Support the reconciliations team with business-as-usual processes and ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist finance/reconciliations in resolving differences within deadlines.
  • Collaboratively work with stakeholders to review and improve processes.
  • Complete control processes and promptly resolve issues.
  • Maintain compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Ensure Mobile Payment E-Wallets are funded by coordinating with the front office, creating and instructing funding movements, and monitoring relevant balances and reports.
  • Perform trend analysis and create metrics for management information.
  • Identify, scope, and deliver projects within deadlines, including process enhancements and large-scale implementations.
  • Work with IT and other business stakeholders for smooth integration into the live environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience with Treasury products, including Cash Management, FX, Deposits, and Payment Processing.
  • Proficiency with various SWIFT payments.
  • Adapt at working with multiple stakeholders within a global network of banks.
  • Track record of process improvements and project delivery.
  • demonstrable ability to work in a goal-driven, customer-focused business.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO 20022, understanding current and future changes
