Job Description

  • Produce and present a Daily, weekly and yearly cash forecast, ensuring each legal entity in the group never goes into an overdraft position
  • Control and govern the access to Barclays Banking Portal, adhering to the governance structure
  • Control and govern the traditional Bank mandates, adhering to the governance structure
  • Produce reports for the FD/CFO with timely information regarding cash management
  • Arrange ad-hoc payments and manage approvals for all Group companies
  • Post cash to Finance system where required, ensuring a full audit trail is available
  • Reconcile all bank accounts across the group on a weekly basis and for all month end closes
  • Be an active member of the ERP implementation team
  • Be a key contact with lending bank consortium



The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury Assistant should have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a treasury or finance role
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash management and cash forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
