This medium-sized accountancy firm in London is looking for a Transaction Services Executive to join their Corporate Finance team.

This firm's transaction services team works with corporate, private equity and banking clients on their acquisitions, investments, and financing.

This growing team has a focus on transactions in the £5m to £100m space.

Job Description

The successful Transaction Services Executive will be responsible for the supporting the team with buy-side advisory, financial due diligence services and data reporting services to a wide range of clients. A key aspect of the role will be report writing and communicating key findings with clients.

It will be beneficial to have an interest and experience in data solutions, such as PowerQuery, PowerBI and/or Alteryx.

The Successful Applicant

This position is suited for someone with some transaction services experience who wants to accelerate their career.

  • Degree educated
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of working in a Transactions Services team in an Accounting Firm or a Corporate Finance Boutique
  • Good knowledge of data software, including PowerBI, PowerQuery and/or Alteryx
  • Experience of performing financial due diligence assignments
  • Experience working with Excel models
