The team specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients on business sales, acquisitions and investments. Deal values are typically in the £5m to £250m range. You will work for a variety of clients from a broad range of industries and sectors including private equity, entrepreneurs, large corporates and banks looking to sell, acquire, invest in or fund a variety of businesses, both in the UK and overseas.
