You will join a large and experienced team that specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients primarily on business acquisitions, divestments and re-financing engagements. Deal values are very broad due to the varied nature of their client base, can be anything from £1m - £500m.

A leading deals practice in the Midlands providing Transaction Services to corporates (both listed and privately owned), PE houses and entrepreneurs.

Job Description

  • undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
  • representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
  • opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally hold a relevant accounting qualification with experience in a transnational role
  • Project management skills
  • Aspirational

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to £60,000 with an additional 10% bonus (discretionary)
