They are looking for a Transaction Reporting Officer to join their team on a 6 month FTC.

Job Description

Transaction Reporting Officer, London

  • Remediation of MIFID and EMIR Reporting for FX and Bonds
  • Validation of population of trades to be reported
  • Validation of reporting templates
  • Submission of back-reports and management of any exceptions arising
  • Documentation of approach
  • Data quality review
  • Establish and perform daily transaction and trade reporting processes for MIFID (transaction and PTT) and EMIR, to include exception management and data quality assurance processes
  • Design daily and monthly Management Information reports for the function
  • Build, document and perform periodic reconciliations for the function:
  • Daily completeness reconciliation
  • Periodic reconciliations
  • Documentation of procedures
  • Training colleagues on daily and periodic process

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Reporting Officer should have:

  • Experience in a risk and compliance role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and regulatory bodies.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Transaction Reporting for relevant instruments
  • Previous experience with back-reporting
  • Previous experience performing daily reporting and exception management processes

  • An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 per year.
