Job Description
- Provide first-rate customer service through phone and email communications.
- Process customer orders, quotes and queries promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of customer service reports.
- Support the customer service team in daily administrative tasks.
- Comply with company standards and regulations in all tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Administrator should have:
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- A customer-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude.
