In this environment, your contributions will directly impact a larger vision of creating a more sustainable future through innovative solutions.Job DescriptionLead project planning and execution, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate efforts among suppliers, technical experts, and stakeholders across various project types, including NPD, capital projects, and marketing and sales.Collaborate closely with R&D to manage dynamic, innovative projects involving stakeholders like government organizations and retailers.Identify and address risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.Oversee scheduling and forecasting of hardware, materials, and resources for successful project delivery.Lead project governance to ensure cross-department accountability.Continuously review and enhance the company's project management and phase gate framework to improve consistency and quality.Educate and train team members on the project framework and company project management processes.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a proactive and self-driven individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and work independently when needed. You should be the subject matter expert in your field, with a clear understanding of excellence and the capability to implement it effectively.
