Job Description

Joining the firm based in their Taunton office as Technical and Training Senior / Assistant Manager you will play a lead role in delivering practice assurance, compliance, technical support and training, delivering training reviews to trainees and supporting with the delivery of training topics across a wide range of technical issues. You will develop technical training materials, oversee and prepare technical content, quality checks and annual reviews. There will be scope to carve a really key position within this growing office and progress in your career.

The Successful Applicant

For this Technical and Training Senior / Assistant Manager role you will be any of: ACA ACCA, ATT, CTA qualified with a career background developed within UK accountancy practice. You are likely to have to have had a more hands on, client delivery focused background so far as a qualified Senior or Assistant Manager and will be motivated and enjoy training and developing colleagues on technical matters and will be looking for a challenging, long term career move where you can carve a career and see a route to progress within a highly successful chartered firm of accountants.

What's on Offer

Circa £36,000 - £40,000 + benefits, negotiable dependent on experience and background of the right professional.
