They focus on delivery high-quality services and pride themselves on their client care.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Tax Director will include:Managing a portfolio of Trust, Probate and Estate planning clients, including meeting with and onboarding new clientsPreparing & reviewing accounts and tax returns for trust & estatesManaging the probate process from start to finishProviding strategic advise for Wills, Estate planning and IHTMaintaining strong client relationships providing exceptional service and supportTeam leadership; delegating & reviewing work for team members, as well providing training and mentoringSupporting in business development for growth of the firmThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have completed the CTA and/or STEP qualification, with a strong background in working with a private client and/or probate client portfolio, including experience of trusts & IHT. The successful candidate will in particular have experience in the probate process as this will be a key area of specialism in this role.
